1. Casual - Office All-rounder Superstar
Approximately 10-15h/wk with the potential to increase hours and/or convert to a permanent position
Location: Perth WA 6000
Seeking a highly motivated, proactive and passionate individual to help within our small team. As an office all-rounder superstar, you will be responsible for a myriad of day-to-day tasks including managing stock inventory, dispatching of orders for online & wholesale, customer service emails & more.
Responsibilities
- Stock inventory management
- Dispatch online orders & assist with wholesale orders
- Customer service emails
- Assist with influencer gifting
- Any other office related tasks to ensure operations at Tiny Trove are running smoothly

Key Accountability Areas
- Dispatching of online orders in a timely manner and ensuring care is given to the packing of orders
- Attention to detail to minimize any packing errors
- Overall organisation of stock room
- Addressing and rectifying any issues with orders
- Good communication skills when delivering customer service over email
- Experience with fashion production looked favourably upon

2. Casual - Digital Marketing & Content Creator
Approximately 10h/wk with the potential to increase hours and/or convert to a permanent position
Location: Perth WA 6000
Seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our small team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. You will play an important part in growing online presence and driving brand awareness across all our social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Community and Pinterest. The role will suit someone who has an interest in creating fun content and confident in producing content in different formats (graphics, reels, videos & EDMs).
Responsibilities
- Develop and curate attention-grabbing content for our social media channels
- Collaborate with our founders to align content with broader brand strategies
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to continuously optimise content and improve performance
- Assist with the creation of visual assets such as images & videos
- Engage with our online community across all channels by responding to comments and messages in a timely and on-brand manner
- Develop EDMs on a weekly basis to further promote brand awareness and collections
- Influencer Outreach and management
- Photoshoot coordination
- Ecommerce platform updates
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience producing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
- Experience in eCommerce, social media and email marketing
- A self-directed working style - you manage your own output and deadlines without being chased
- The ability to read a brand and adapt tone and aesthetic across different content types and audiences
- Strong creative flair, copywriting skills and an eye for design
- Proficiency in using social media management and content creation tools, e.g Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised with a high attention to detail
