When does the sale start?

Our birthday sale starts on the Thursday 19th June at 10am AWST (Perth Time)

What is the sale offer?

The sale is 40% off for 40 minutes. At 10:40am AWST, the sale discount will drop to 30% off site wide. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout. 

What is early access?

Our email subscribers will get 1 hour early access. They will be sent an email at 9am AWST with the secret discount code for 40% off, and will be able to shop the sale before anyone else. 

Can I reserve items?

You can add items to your cart and your cart will be saved, however your items are not secured until checkout is complete. Remember to refresh your cart when the sale starts so that the offer is automatically applied to your cart!

When will I get my order?

While our small team tries to get orders out as soon as they can, orders can sometimes take up to two weeks to dispatch during busy sale periods. If you urgently need your order for the following week, we offer a priority shipment option that allows your order to skip the queue. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to orders or cancel orders during sale periods, due to the volume of sales and packing process. 

Can I return my order?

Orders placed during our sale period are not eligible for refund or store credit (unless faulty) so please choose carefully!

I made a purchase before the sale started, can I have a refund?

No, unfortunately we can't apply the sale offer retrospectively.
