Please allow up to 14 business days (standard) and up to 7 business days (express) from order placement to receive your order. Due to different customs processes in your country, there can be varied delays which are out of our control. If you are concerned about your international order, please contact your country’s postal service (or AusPost/DHL for express orders) and quote your tracking number for further information.

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item(s) arrive and then your order will be shipped together. Please let us know if you would like to spilt your order and have the in-stock items sent immediately. You will be required to pay any extra shipping fees if we ship items separately.
COVID19 SHIPPING INFO
All orders are still sent within our usual timeframe of 1-2 business days, with exception for launch days/sale periods where we will require additional time to dispatch your orders.
Currently, international orders are still experiencing massive delays via Australia Post & Sendle for standard shipping. Please understand this is out of our control. There is an increase in online sales and a decrease in flights, not forgetting restrictions and lockdowns in place that have further contributed to delays.
We are doing our absolute best in this unprecedented time, we are happy to resend your tracking information should you email us, however there is nothing we can do to make our couriers deliver any faster. We ask that you closely monitor your tracking links and give up to 2 weeks for domestic orders and up to 10 weeks for international orders. We are unable to offer any refunds unless your order is deemed to be missing by our couriers or if it gets returned to us.
We highly recommend you choose the EXPRESS shipping option if you would like to reduce your waiting time. It comes at a cost but you can expect your order to arrive within half of the waiting times as mentioned above for standard shipping times.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs authority for applicable rates and charges as these vary between countries.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Tiny Trove does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty.
Australian Returns: All exchange garments will need to be returned within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
International Returns: All claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Once the item/s have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to discuss further steps.
EXCHANGE / RETURN
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request for a store credit which you can use to make a new purchase.
Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with steps on how to return the item to us.
A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) to use at any time in the next 12 months. This will be issued as an online gift card, where you will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout.
For Australia returns, purchases that were over AUD$100 and eligible for free shipping ( if any promotion applied), the store credit will be issued minus the cost of AUD$10 for handling fee. For purchases that were not eligible for our free shipping discount i.e below AUD$100, will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the item/s. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
Refunds are only available if a garment is faulty beyond repair. Please allow 2 weeks for processing before contacting us for an update.
All orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you order the correct style, colour, size and quantity.

We will not be able to cancel pre-orders, however we will be happy to assist with exchanges when you receive the item.
We do not refund sale goods. These item/s are final sale item/s and can’t be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. This includes sample sale goods.
Refunds for credit notes are not available. Should you wish to return an order purchased with a credit note, another credit note will be provided.
Occasionally, sample sale goods will be available for purchase. Please note, these goods are bound to have faults, including stains and size discrepancies. When purchasing sample sale goods, the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
